Description
The Saraswati Yantra, a mesmeric geometric representation, is dedicated to the Goddess Saraswati: the deity of knowledge, wisdom, learning, speech, music, and the arts. Identification
The Yantra is traditionally made on a copper, silver, or gold sheet, or engraved on Bhojpatra paper with red ink. The Yantra has triangles, lotus flower petals, and circles intersecting to represent divine knowledge and energy. In the middle is the Saraswati Beej Mantra: “ॐ ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः” (Om Aim Saraswatyai Namah).
