We perform strict quality and energy checks before shipping. However, since natural crystals and specific spiritual items can be fragile, if you encounter any damage during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.

Steps for obtaining a return/replacement:

To initiate a request, please email support@omindri.com or contact us at +91 92591 30289 / +91 79065 05669 within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the product (especially for damaged crystals or frames).

Once approved, our team will guide you on the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all authenticity certificates and accessories intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to energetic purity, hygiene, and customization reasons:

• Custom-energized or personalized gemstones specifically aligned for you by Astrologer Ayush Ji.
• Wearable items like Jaap Malas and Spiritual Jewellery that have been worn (for energetic and hygiene reasons).
• Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.
