• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim for missing items.
• Partially paid orders that are refused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
• We offer fast and hassle-free reverse pickup for approved returns and exchanges.
• 100% Buyer Protection: In case of a manufacturing defect, a free exchange will be provided.
• If an exchange is made for a lower-priced product, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
• Only one exchange or return is allowed per order.
